How to get here
Snowy Gums is located in Smiggin Holes Alpine Village, approximately 30km from Jindabyne on the Kosciuszko Road, or a 30 minute driver in good weather.
We are located 6 hours driver from Sydney or 7 hours from Melbourne with the majority of the drive on freeway standard or dual carriage roads.
National Park entry permits are obtained at the park entry gates for a fee of $29 per vehicle per day or you can purchase an annual pass for $190. Please note snow chains must legally be carried by all vehicles entering the National Park in “snow ice” risk sections between June 1 and October 10.
Oz Snow also operate bus trips from Canberra and Sydney to Snowy Gums if transport is required.
